Fixtures and fittings

Internal finishes will be advised by the builder but they intend that buyers will be given a wide scope of personalisation to include choices of skirtings, doors etc. As is standard with new build properties, the builder will make an allowance for such items as kitchen and bathroom fittings. When you reserve your plot you will be invited to meet with their designers to see what the standard arrangements are for these areas and be shown a range of finishes which can be chosen from. Should you require any upgrades or extras, these will be individually priced and agreed with the buyer before any orders are made. ALL extras agreed will be subject to a payment of 25% of the final cost up front with the balance being paid once the property is in a condition where these extras need to be ordered.

Reservation Fee

Once you have decided on your plot, you will be required to pay a non refundable deposit of £1000. This will be held by the agent in a nominated client account and will be deducted from the final price of the bungalow on completion. For full terms and conditions, you will be provided with details of how the deposit will be held prior to payment so you are clear on the terms.
